Guarantee

Pine Tree Nursery guarantees all of our trees and shrubs to be true to name and variety and in healthy condition when they leave our nursery.  A merchandise credit for the purchase price or a replacement will be given at the discretion of Pine Tree Nursery.
 
Trees and Shrubs are further guaranteed for One Year from the date of purchase or installation. They will be replaced once, or a merchandise credit for purchase price will be issued once if:
  1. You have a printed receipt. No replacement or credit will be issued without a printed receipt.
  2. The plant fails completely.
  3. They are planted in a timely fashion (must be stored in the shade and watered daily prior to planting).
  4. They are planted according to our Planting Instructions.
  5. They are watered according to our recommendations.
Trees and shrubs purchased on sale at greater than 20% discount are final sale only.
 
If your trees and shrubs were delivered or installed by Pine Tree Nursery: 
The replacement will be delivered or installed at no charge one time within the One Year replacement period if they were purchased at full retail price. If you choose a replacement tree or shrub of substantially larger size, you may incur additional delivery or installation fees.
 
Plants must be accompanied by your printed receipt. Plants must be brought back to the nursery for inspection, or inspected on site by Pine Tree Nursery if the plant is too large to transport before replacement or credit is given. If the plant is not available and a suitable replacement cannot be made, a store credit will be issued. Perennial and annual plants are not guaranteed.
 
Plant Guarantee does not cover:
  1. Herbaceous perennials, roses, annuals, vegetables or sod.
  2. Plants installed in window boxes or pots.
  3. Plants damaged by insects, diseases or animals.
  4. Plants that do not flower.
  5. Plants damaged by conditions beyond our control, such as improper planting, insufficient care, or extreme weather.
  6. Plants that are transplanted on site by Pine Tree Nursery.
  7. Plants that are subject to under-watering, over-watering, overly wet ground, over-fertilizing, over-pruning or other injuries incurred by homeowner or third party services.
 
Special orders – we’re happy to try and find that special plant or specific horticultural product.
